In materials science, electron microscopy analysis, energy materials, optoelectronic devices, and functional thin-film research, vacuum coating systems are no longer merely auxiliary laboratory tools. For SEM users, the value of coating is straightforward: it helps reduce charging effects on non-conductive or weakly conductive samples under high vacuum and high magnification, enabling clearer, more stable, and more reproducible imaging.
